p4vasp is available as ubuntu package via
So probably the easiest way to get p4vasp on Windows running is to use the
Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) in combination with an X-server.
Typically
MobaXterm provides access to an terminal and X-server so that you can run X-applications such as p4vasp.
